1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship across India. Deliveries are temporarily unavailable in restricted/conflict zones or regions with logistical limitations.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/public holidays).

  • Dispatch: Once processed, orders are handed over to our logistics partners (e.g., Delhivery, DTDC, Ekart, Ecom Express, or others).

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: 4–8 business days after dispatch (varies by location).

  • Express Delivery: Available for select products at checkout (additional charges may apply).

Note: Timelines are estimates and not guaranteed due to unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, customs, or courier delays).

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: All orders qualify for free standard shipping, regardless of order value.

  • Express Shipping: Optional express delivery charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS/email.

  • Track your order directly on the courier partner’s website (e.g., Delhivery/DTDC, Ekart, Ecom Express, etc tracking portal).

6. Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the courier will attempt 2 re-deliveries.

  • After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us, and a full refund will be processed.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: Report missing orders to support@innovqaraj.com within 7 days of expected delivery. We’ll investigate and reship/refund.

  • Damaged Items: Do not accept visibly damaged parcels. Contact us immediately with photos for resolution.

8. Address Changes

To modify your shipping address, contact us at support@innovqaraj.com within 6 hours of placing your order. Changes after dispatch are not guaranteed.

9. International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally.
