We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with your automotive accessory purchases. If you’re unsatisfied, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Window: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Conditions:

    • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags/labels intact.

    • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.

  • Exceptions:

    • Non-Returnable Items: Personalized/customized products, consumables (e.g., car wax), or items marked “non-returnable” on the product page.


2. Reasons for Returns

We accept returns for:

  • Defective/damaged products.

  • Incorrect item shipped.

  • Size/color mismatch (if applicable).


3. Return Process

Step 1: Contact our support team at support@innovqaraj.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Order number.

  • Photos/video of the issue (for defective/damaged items).

Step 2: We will approve/deny your request within 48 hours and provide a return shipping address (if applicable).

Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to us.

  • Return Shipping Costs:

    • Defective/Incorrect Items: We cover return shipping.

    • Other Returns: Customer bears return shipping costs.


4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund Method:

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase (via Razorpay).

    • For cash on delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer.

Note:

  • Refunds exclude original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error).

  • Razorpay/payment partner processing times may cause slight delays.

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, return the original product and place a new order.
